Nair Staduim The
stadium situates at the heart of the city, near Palayam and the newly
built Assembly complex. The stadium is managed by the Kerala Police
and is the usual venue for football matches.
General
Hospital The
Government General hospital situates a notch away from the Statue
junction. The hospital offers free medication for the people. The
Neethi medical shop, in front of the hospital offers the poor, medicines
in a reduced price.
Railway
station The
Central Railway Station, Thiruvananthapuram, is at Thampanoor. The
Central Bus station situating adjacent to the railway station helps
the passengers arriving at the railway station with immediate transport
facility.

Bus Stand The
Central Bus Station situates adjacent to the Central railway Station.
Numerous schedules have been operated from here to the various parts
of the state. Inter state bus services have also been operated from
here to Tamil Nadu and to Karnataka.
University stadium A
stadium which gave birth to several athletes. The stadium is under
the administration of the University of Kerala and located a few distance
away from the Chandrsekharan Nair stadium. The stadium has a fine
synthetic track, which is the first ever of the kind in Kerala.
