Night in Paris
 ‘Night in Paris’, an exhibition of paintings by Manish Pushkale has started at Gorkey Bhavan.
Manish Pushkale, a young painter from Bhopal, has been noted well in the art forum by his works.
The 22 works now on display was born when the artist was selected by the Indo French Academy for the ‘Arts scheme’. That project let Manish to live in Paris for some time.The result is these abstract pictures.
The artist says that he has greatly inspired by the quality of light in Paris.
His paintings are homage to the ever changing nature of light in Paris, to its many permutations.
The expo can be visited between 9 am and 5 pm from April 21 to 28. |
